The A-Frame Rail Aligner ensures the precise alignment of rails before aluminothermic welding and holds them in position throughout the welding operation. In doing so, it increases the operator’s safety, as well as ensuring perfect weld geometry.

Modification of the Rail Aligner’s jaws enable it to be used for all rail types, including vignole, crane rails and grooved rails. Two models are available: the CR57 is ideal for use in Fast Clip set-ups, while the CR61 can be used with any types of sleepers and fastening systems.

Adjustable jaws allow the A-Frame Rail Aligner to be adapted for use with various rail profiles, including vignole rails, crane rails, and grooved rails.

This design enhances operator safety while helping to achieve accurate weld alignment and optimal weld geometry.

Two models are available: the CR57, which is suited for Fast Clip installations, and the CR61, which is compatible with a wide range of sleepers and fastening systems.
